Choose the date as carefully as the hour. Time-zone offsets can change during the year because daylight-saving transitions do not happen on the same dates worldwide. This planner uses named IANA zones, such as America/New_York and Europe/London, so the browser can apply the offset rules for the selected meeting date.
After converting, check whether the result falls inside normal working hours for every attendee. For recurring meetings, test several future dates because the time difference between two cities can temporarily shift. Include the time-zone abbreviation and a calendar invitation in the final message so participants see the event in their own calendar settings.
This tool is designed for coordination rather than legal or transport deadlines. Airline schedules, market sessions, and regulated cut-offs should always be confirmed with the responsible provider.
